IPTV Installation Guide

Important: As your IPTV provider we supply the subscription (your channels & VOD library) — the player app is separate and usually free. Popular free apps include TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and GSE Smart IPTV. Think of it like a SIM card: your subscription is the SIM, the player app is the phone that uses it.

🔥 Fire TV & Firestick Installation

  1. On your Firestick, go to Find → Search and look for Downloader.
  2. Download and install the Downloader app.
  3. Open Downloader and enter the URL for TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro from the Amazon Appstore, or search for it directly on your Fire TV.
  4. Open the app and choose Add Playlist or Xtream Codes login.
  5. Enter the M3U link or the server/username/password we sent you on WhatsApp.
  6. Save, and your full channel guide loads within seconds.

🤖 Android TV & Android Box Installation

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android TV or box.
  2. Search for TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro or GSE Smart IPTV and install it.
  3. Open the app and select Add Playlist / Xtream Codes API.
  4. Enter the M3U link or the server/username/password from your WhatsApp message.
  5. Confirm, and the channel and VOD guide populates automatically.

Note: On phones and tablets, the same apps are available on the Play Store — the setup steps are identical.

📺 Smart TV Installation

  1. Open your TV's app store (Samsung Smart Hub or LG Content Store).
  2. Search for and install Smart IPTV or IPTV Smarters.
  3. Note the MAC address shown in the app (Smart IPTV requires activation at siptv.app using this MAC).
  4. Once activated, upload or link your M3U playlist through the Smart IPTV web portal.
  5. Reopen the app on your TV — your channels load automatically from then on.

Note: If your TV doesn't support Smart IPTV, an Amazon Firestick or Android box plugged into an HDMI port is the simplest workaround.

🍎 Apple & iOS Installation

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV.
  2. Search for and install GSE Smart IPTV or IPTV Smarters.
  3. Open the app and tap Add New Playlist / Remote Playlist.
  4. Enter the M3U link or the server/username/password from your WhatsApp message.
  5. Save — the app loads your full channel guide and VOD library.

Note: AirPlay from an iPhone to an Apple TV or Smart TV also works if you'd rather not install an app on the TV itself.

💻 Windows & Mac Installation

  1. Download a free IPTV player such as IPTV Smarters Pro or VLC for Windows or macOS.
  2. Install and open the app.
  3. Choose Add Playlist (M3U URL) or Xtream Codes login.
  4. Enter the details from your WhatsApp message and confirm.
  5. Start watching directly on your computer, or cast to a TV over the same Wi-Fi network.

Note: VLC works with a plain M3U link if you just want a quick test without creating an account in an app.

📦 MAG & Enigma2 Installation

  1. On your MAG box, go to System Settings → Servers → Portals.
  2. Enter the Portal URL we send you on WhatsApp for your subscription.
  3. Save and restart the box — channels load automatically via the portal, no separate app needed.
  4. For Enigma2 receivers (Dreambox, VU+, Zgemma), install an IPTV plugin from the plugin feed and enter the M3U link the same way.

Note: MAG device support can vary by model and firmware — message us on WhatsApp with your exact model if you're unsure.

Troubleshooting

Common setup issues

Check your connection speed — 15–20 Mbps is recommended for HD, more for 4K. Restart your router and the player app, and make sure no other device on your network is heavily downloading at the same time.
Double-check the server URL, username and password — they're case-sensitive. If it still fails, message us on WhatsApp and we'll re-send fresh credentials.
Some internet providers throttle streaming traffic. A VPN usually resolves this — ask us on WhatsApp for a recommendation if you run into it.
TiviMate (Android/Fire TV), IPTV Smarters Pro (most platforms) and GSE Smart IPTV (iOS) are the most reliable free options. Any player that accepts an M3U link or Xtream Codes login will work with your subscription.
